Worst experience, emergency nurses are the rude and don’t care to answer. Doctor treated us was the racist and treatment was not good. So, will not recommend this place from my experience.

Being first in queue to emergency I was waiting for 2,5 hours (!!!) and nothing happened. Nobody cares if you die there... Absolutely... After 2,5 hours of waiting I went to another hospital...

It was on the level. English-speaking stuff. Patient receptionist. Almost empty waiting room at 12 AM, workday. I was able to pay with the card.GREAT!I was slightly worried to go here because of tons of bad reviews I read. Maybe, I was just lucky but everything went just super well for me. It took less than 1 hour to get out (consultation + X-Ray + getting the bandage + even waiting for other patients to get treated in between). I paid like ~2K CzK (consultation, X-RAY, X-RAY analysis, and crutches).That was one of the best emergency services I ever got (oh, sadly I've been through A LOT of them).

I am writing to warn everyone about the nurse at the emergency reception, some blonde middle aged woman who is clearly ill mannered and obviously hates her job. She made zero effort to communicate with me and even when I did use Google translate she huffed and puffed and then told me to just go to the pharmacy and get aspirin without even asking me what was wrong.I live in Prague and never had a problem with any clinics or hospitals.But she raised her voice at me, was cold from the very moment I rang the bell and she removed the blue curtain at the window. I actually felt her hate towards me when all I wanted, was to be treated as a sick person. I just wanted help.She needs to get fired and from what I have read on the other reviews, she should not be the one to receive patients. Maybe give her a job in cleaning toilets or changing diapers from old patients for a month or two. That will get her to appreciate her job more. Or maybe it's the perfect job for a person like her. I should have filmed it and posted it to share with the community to show what a lack of respect, education and empathy she can have with someone who is sickly and in need of help. I might just pass by with a friend of mine who is in position to review hospitals and show her the level of incompetence that this receptionist demonstrates.

I had a top notch experience. The staff was friendly, professional, timely, expert. I wish all of my health care experiences were this positive and competent. I came in due to testing positive for covid…everyone from reception staff to registration to tech, nurses and physicians provided highly competent, patient friendly, caring care. Being from out of town, there is always a concern about quality of care. This was never the case here. Thank you!

When I first came to the hospital, the reception was empty so after waiting 10 minutes a security guard had to direct me to a emergency room where I gave the staff my papers, after I was called inside the staff was extremely rude, asking me why am I going so late for a emergency and why I couldn't go yesterday. So after the doctor took some samples of my blood I had to go for a rentgen, where the staff was nice. After that I went back to a emergency room where I had to wait for 2 hrs (I was the only patient in the room for the 2 hrs). After the 2 hrs and 20 mins passedI politely asked the staff if I had to wait much longer. The rude sister told me it's going to be when it's going be now take a seat and wait....I wouldn't recommend this hospital to anyone. Especially the emergency section. Truly the worst experience.

We needed an abscess taken care for my husband. The staff found English speakers to assist us. Everything was handled very professionally. Took less than 45 minutes from checkin to checkout. Total bill was less than $50. Paid with credit card. No problem. Followed up with same doctor the next day. Same ease of use on day 2.

As a tourist they are not nice to you at all and can't speak English properly. While you're waiting you don't get any information what so ever. The doctors are creeps and touch you without permission.

Reception very very rude!I have high fever, throat inflamation, weakness, body pain and they said that is not an emergency and could not receive me. I should go to a bigger hospital to a nose and throat specialist. I never hear that in my life! When 40 degrees fever is not an emergency??Detail: the way the woman speak to me was screaming and very rude.I'm living in Prague now and i know that i will never go to this hospital.

The condition of this old hospital is in dire need of renovation and maintenance. Unfortunately, the staff appeared unhelpful and lacking in compassion. Patient care and support were severely lacking. It's advisable to seek medical assistance elsewhere for a better experience and quality of care.
