DPD Depo

I was waiting for a package and they kept it in their delivering center, without notify me.It happened twice with two different parcels, terrible

Mean lady, terrible service, worst attitude ever. Took me 2hrs to drive there and back to get a delivery they lost. Just amazing!

Probably the worst delivery service. Every time something goes wrong. Today the courier called me saying his card terminal I was working, so I need to pay cash. I didn’t have any cash (interestingly their email notification always says they prefer card), anyway he send me to an ATM to withdraw some cash and while I’m at it he just leaves. So I’ve the cash and I just see the car driving a way, when I call him he claims I didn’t want the package. Isn’t that just perfect customer service?

What a terrible courier. I got the message in the morning telling me that they will arrive around noon. I was waiting and waiting. But no one called me. later I checked the website, it said that it was delivered and signed at noon. I called DPD, but no one answered, just useless answering machine. I filed lost parcel on their website, but no response. So we went down to DPD and they said it is still in their depo. :(

I had to go to this depot instead of my regular pick up point due to some unclear reason, but the staff there was very professional and way more polite than most of the pick up points in city center.

Bad, bad and Bad. I ordered a package via their services and stay home waiting for it. no one even try to deliver it. then an e-mail come, that tha package is present in pick-up point, but the pickup point where it should be present is not working anymore! their infoline is also do to prevent people from calling there (I spent morw that 20minutes before I was even able to speak to someone). I will never order package via DPD anymore if there will be at least one different possibility.

I received an SMS telling me to be available from 16:00 to 18:00.The driver called me at 13:50 telling me to come downstairs and pick my parcel.When I told him he wasn’t supposed to be there yet, he said that it wasn’t his fault and refused to hand me my parcel at the designated time.Their customer support hang up on me because “they are former Geis and bought by DPD so they don’t care to help”.DPD customer care does not even reply.No one wants to take responsibility and the customer is supposed to suffer from it.

Apparently they called me when they were downstairs with the parcel, well, my phone doesn't have any trace of this calls. No email, no sms to inform me that i can pick the parcel at the depot (with the adress). After one week and half i decide to call and they tell me i have to pick it up, up to tomorrow or it will be send back to the sender. I took on my professional time to be there at 9h (opening hours). Someone came eventually at the reception at 9h15 to help me...Overall it was a bad experience from A to Z.I'm not recommending DPD to anyone.

Unfortunately DPD service quality dropped DRAMATICALLY. And before I always used their services and was happy with them. I don’t know what happened with the company, but they never deliver the parcels now. They just tell you that due to the limited capacity they could not deliver your parcel but you are free to pick it up at their depo in Prague 4. And they can send you the same message for WEEKS in a row until you lose any patience and go to pick up the parcel yourself at their depo.Just stop using dpd and choose other couriers.BUT I have to mention that the girl working in the reception hall is super nice and polite and has a super cute pink keyboard :) I wish her all the best and hope she finds a better employer !

Czech DPD has absolutely incompetent management. They were not able to deliver a parcel that had only one of the two silly Czech inventions (cislo popisne / cislo orientacni). Allegedly, mail cannot be delivered if one of these numbers are missing. In the 21st century!
