Despite making an online reservation, they lacked any pre-filled or provided information.After agreeing to replace the oil, they contacted me a few hours later to inform me that they couldn't do it today.Having experienced unprofessionalism in Honda sales at Auto Jarov, I opted to purchase a car in Ceske Budejovice.Now I've come to realize that the Honda service at Auto Jarov is also unprofessional.

People are very helpful. A gentlemen by the name of Petr walked me to the right station on a different floor when I could not find my way. My service attendant whom I approached first could not speak English but he expressed concern and got someone who could speak English to attend to me. I was very satisfied with the visit to Honda today.

I had service inspection (Oil, DSG oil, inspection and some things to change) + cleaning my car at Auto Jarov.Service and cleaning is ok (and I must say, car was very clean!).But I had to come back because the plastic part protecting the engine under the car was not properly clipped and fixed, and it was moving making noises on the highway. One leg of this engine plastic protection was broken in the action.They put it back as it must, with the missing leg.When I told to the client manager the leg is missing, he told me they can't change it because the piece would cost 5000,-.I told him they should change it since it's because of the mechanics guys, and the lake of quality control that the piece is now damaged. There is no reason I should pay, or have any problem when I will sell the car because of them.I paid a premium 15000,- + in an Skoda authorised service where the work should be perfect!So now, what about the rest of the work that I can't control? is it also that bad? Should I trust them?Anyway, very disappointed, the damaged piece should be changed :(

VW Passat GTE. Great thanks to Roman Valošek for his very professional and attentive work. Under his supervision all my requests, even smallest ones, were fully satisfied. Also thanks to service guys who performed such a big work with best quality and in time. Car rental department guys are working perfectly also. Only 5 stars!

I've used this service centre several times over the past year and each time is the same. You enter, take a ticket, then have to wait around for someone to notice you, then decide that they want to do a bit of work. The jobs are sometimes done correctly, but all too often poor information is given or something is lacking.Today I went there twice for what should be a very simple insurance job (take my documents, sign Power of Attorney and arrange the repair with my company).Instead the first time I recieved a quote for the value of the repair that was half printed, and half wriiten in Biro. The second time I waited around 10 min before one of the motorbike guys noticed me and passed me to his sevice colleague. The service colleague didn't want to deal with me and would rather sit around doing nothing, the other was on lunchbreak. I waited for a further 5 min, made a phonecall (another 5 min) and left.The repair was worth around 100,000 czk, and there's no way that level of apathy deserves my businessEDIT: In case anyone was in doubt as to their level of professionalism, please also note their lack of compliance with the GDPR. Giving my surname, and publishing it on a platform that lies outside of the EU.

Very cheaty car rental - In case you rent a car, and you will create a damage of e.g. 500kc, still you will be forced to pay 10 000kc. And they do not inform about that properly.Edit: no, I was informed only about 10% spoluucast but not about the min 10 000kc. once again - you will do a damage of 500kc, you will pay 10 000kc anyway. Watch out for them.Edit 2: in my case i rent a car for 1 day as my own was repaired in Autojarov(on top of that I had motorcycle during servis in Honda Jarov) and during night stay on an open parking somebody scratched it with something sharp as in the photo. Auojarov refused to return my own car untill i will not pay 10K for the scratched that was not done by me. And no, the damage is not worthy 20K KC ;) Very nice of them.

English was a bit limited, but we got there in the end and they were great help. Needed wind deflectors for my Skoda Octavia and they ordered them and had them the next day. So great service and lovely people.

After a starting misunderstanding the service of Auto JAROV turned 180 degrees. I got my service thanks to Mr. valosek who provided excellent customer service.

We left our car for maintenance and additional work.I would like to especially thank Roman Valošek helped my husband to resolve all issues and avoid unnecessary expenses.Thanks to the guys in the workshop for a job -- well done! We will definitely come back here!
