I thought it might be good to support a small printing house, and also a local business. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed. We showed them an example of a printed catalogue we wanted so that they can see the paper thickness, design, way of tying it together etc. We ended up with a completely different product, the paper was much thinner and the tying was really lose. The catalogues were not even packed but given to us loose in an open box which we had to repack in order to transport. On top of all, the person we communicated with was quite unwilling and arogant. We asked politely if we can pick up catalogues 10 minutes late and we were told that it is Friday and in no way are they going to wait 10min for us! Overall, a bad experience and we will not do business with them again.

As an addendum to the previous review, upon returning in July for printing a booklet, we met with a different reception, completely opposite in kind to the helpful young lady from last time, more in the line of Neanderthalic. The man manning the fort claimed that we could not print black on 300gsm paper (whereas this is exactly what we had printed last time) and it went downhill from there - we had to take our business elsewhere. So for this visit a rating of 1 star, bringing down the overall rating. ------[Earlier in spring] a very friendly and helpful service - it took little (despite my poor Czech) to explain what was needed, and next day I picked up just what was asked for. Good quality and reasonable price. In contrast to places like Copy General, here they are willing to print on non-standard sizes of material (I had 21x21cm folded 280gsm card, to be printed double-sided).
