Very happy about everything, speak perfectly Czech and VNese and English. Price is 850 for removal and gel manicure and pedicure. Very reasonable.

Asked for acrylic French tip which turned out not soo good, the guy did the opposite first he did the acrylics then after the acrylic were done he trimmed my cuticles which then looked out grown all my 10 nails are misshapen and French tips are terrible, I do not recommend this place save your money, not worth at all just wasted money on ugly nails where now I have to go and pay somewhere else to take them off and get new set done!

Very poor customer service. My wife came fuming from the saloon. She wanted to do shellac and add on her eye lashes extensions. The shellac was not done as it supposed to be , the tips were sharp, the colour was transparent in some nails, the nail polish was left on the finger tips.When she told them what needs to he fixed, they started talking in their language with attitude and told her that this is how it is done here in Prague and we dont understand your english.She end up paying more than what they agree on in the beginning, they didn't do cream to her hands hence her hands came very dry with the LED light machine.She decided not do herashes since the Thai supervisor supported his impolite staff and didn't know how to do a proper service recovery. He escalated the matter and showed further attitude.

So kind and careful with my daughters first time. Definately recommend. :)

I’m from England so I normally get my nails done there but I am in Prague on holiday. I had my nails done here today (infills acrylics) and had the best service I have ever had. It’s a shame I could not get this type of service at home.

Just horrible. expect nails with chunk of glue on the sides and horrible service. thankyou for nothing.

It was the worst experience I've ever had. I asked for stiletto nails. The person rushed when filing down my nails (with the electric file) and even scratched two of my fingers. My nails turned out crooked, pointing in different directions AND of uneven lengths. All 10 nails looked different from each other.The clippers she used for my cuticles looked dirty, and I doubt they were sterilized. Moreover, I got bleedings on 3 fingers from how she cut the cuticles (notable, she did not do anything to soften them prior to cutting them).The nailpolish (shellac) was not applied evenly and it was not covering the entire nail. At the end I asked to have them removed, because they looked horrible. She then NICKED and CHIPPED all of my nails. I lost all the length I had.Everything happened in around 30 minutes. Really poor service and careless, mindless handling of my nails.The pictures are of how my nails looked after having the shellac removed.
