Although some patience and understanding is required, I will always recommend Ceska Posta (and Czech Point) on Jindrisska 909/14 Nove Mesto (Praha). I have always solved my tasks, the post employees here are speaking English and (or) are helpful when the task is easily understood without verbal communication. Another immense plus: the opening hours. I will add a third: when some tasks or requirements are complex, it is highly probable that they may be solved here. From my point of view and with respect to all postal employees in Czech Republic: for me this is the best postal office in Czech Republic (especially if you live in Prague or nearby).

I had a great experience there.I visited at around 8am in the morning on Friday. It was empty.They have a ticketing systems and i had not to wait.I went to counter 17 and lady didn’t speak czech but she understood calmly what i want and i had no issues there.

Prostor je opravdu reprezentativní a stojí spíše za návštěvu,ale spíše jen se podívat.Pokud zde potřebujete něco vyřídit, doporučil bych si vyhradit delší čas, který zde strávíte čekáním.
