The main disadvantage of this station is late information about platforms. Person with big luggage can miss the train.

Nice building but pretty neglected and dirty. No seats for waiting people, travellers with a luggage or disabled people have it really diffucult to find a (very dirty and smelly) lift. There is a big deep gap between the stairs of the wagons and the platform - people have to jump down and far.

Everytime I have to go out of brno I am stressed out thinking If I have to take a train from here. Digusting environment, horrible staff members, 0 to little space to have a seat especially when you are a parent and travelling with babies or toddlers. If you stay here for a longer time, the stink from the area somehow gets on your clothes. Its a beautiful historic building which is never well kept. Im not sure if there are any cleaning staff members appointed out here because it is dirty all the time. Minus star!

If you visit any day after 9 p.m., you will see an awful place where time stopped in the 1990s - filthy, disorganized, full of drunkards and vagabonds disturbing regular passengers and passers-by. As if Brno's mayors and city councils have been sleeping all that time, or have never gone to see the place.

Confusing departure boards, whereby platform number is different from track number. Ugly vedonrs'/commercial area in the halls surrounding the station. Otherwise, things are running fine trainwise.

Absolutely beautiful and stunning piece of architecture which is not care about at all. Such a pity that Czech railways (ČD) and city ain't doing much about this building...

Disgusting. The atmosphere inside is bad, everything is old and ugly, feeling that I got into the Middle Ages. Not enough place to sit. Homeless and scary people around. WC rooms are trashed and in sh”””t and you should pay for them. The worst train station in my life. I mean it.

The place might seem scary but it's actually safe. Try to avoid the outside area in front of the building. At night there is security taking care of the station. The international tickets are at the end of the corridor from the main hall. At night the tickets are sold at small office under the platforms.

The building looks nice from outside, unfortunately the inside is complete opposite.There are many homeless people everywhere and the info about the platforms on main board is sometimes incorrect.
