Jana refused to refund returning unwanted items. No reason was given just repetitive shoulder shrugs hoping I would just leave. Discrimination at its best. Avoid if you are a foreigner wanting fair treatment.

This is a good sized supermarket of the Albert supermarket chain. It is offering a wide selection of fresh produce, preserves, a huge range of a variety of food items, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, drinks, and different household products, organized into clearly identified and well-stocked sections. They also have a bakery and a good delicatessen section. This branch of the Albert supermarket chain has self-checkout stands. If you are in the neighborhood, it is a good place for your regular grocery shopping

Within a 5 minute walk from the Florenc Bus Station. A bit pricey by Czech standards, but the quality of food looks good. Check out the wine and beer selections if you're stocking up on snacks for your bus/train ride. :)

Quite a large supermarket with a pretty good selection of groceries. All the usual stuff, including fresh vegetables, fresh fish, bread etc.They have recently installed several self-service checkouts, so it's now a much faster shopping experience. The self-service points take payment cards only – they don't accept cash.The entrance and exits are wheelchair friendly.

Great selection of food here including bio products and clear boxes with nuts etc, that you can use to fill up a recyclable jar/tub/bag and then pay by weight. It's very clean and the renovations have definitely improved the store experience!

Nice, spacious supermarket. Unfortunately, the staff are extremely rude. Wouldn’t want to shop here when the customers are treated so poorly.

Best supermarket in Prague after the renovation. Lots of fruits, vegetables, organic BIO food and delicacies.

The store is very clean and well organized, however, the staff at the checkouts are extremely miserable and rude. Swearing and huffing at customers as well. Unfortunately I wont be returning anytime soon. Hopefully management fixes this issue and hires some respectful employees!

This store is super good and all good but some employees are racist and extremely rude. I was on important call and my item's scan code was less visible so i was struggling to scan and this old lady came and started shouting for no reason. This kind of behavior is not acceptable
