Ideální nájemce

Honestly, I don't know the reason of these negative reviews. I'm having a completely different experience. I got a fantastic place at a great price. The contract was the most comprehensible piece of paper I've ever seen and they always stay in touch with you. The only thing is that I was having some issues with my boiler, but the agent assigned to my place, Eva, dealt with it amazingly. Very kind and always available when I'm having some issues, and I know that, sometimes, I can be very annoying. She's been nothing but fantastic and I've really appreciated her help.In hindsight, the best choice I did since I moved to Czech Republic was getting an apartment from these guys

We had a leak 6 months ago from upstairs and the communication from the agency was very poor. The attitude of the person we were dealing with was most unsatisfactory. He was rude, condescending and upset my wife. We made a complaint and requested a new person to manage the issues. We were assigned a new person, one of the major issues was dealt with. Renewing the lease is proving to be difficult. It appears they would rather get new tenants in rather than keep existing tenants happy.

Very professional, communicative and solution oriented company. They just make renting a flat easy.I specillay appreciate all the continuous effort of Ing. Ondrej Jahelka, who has always gone the extra mile in order to find exactly what I wanted in every situation, getting to the smaller detail, even working out of his personal time in order to provide me with the best service. He is by far the most dedicated person I have worked with when it comes to rent my property, and adds, in my opinion, unmeasurable personal value to Idealni Najemce.Overall, a great experience so far for the last 4 years and hopefully more to come.

I would advise against working with this company. I have not received a refund of the deposit for two months, although I received the invoice and signed the documents, after a few days I get replies to my emails. Turns out my account number wasn’t in the system, even though it was sent two months ago. Nobody told me about it until I asked for money myself. Poor dealings with customers and lack of communication.

The range of flats they put is nice. But response time is very slow. I haven't/couldn't rented any flat with/from them so far.

I can not recommend this company enough. I have had some very bad experiences lately with finding a new home but the professional & friendly attitude of everyone I have had contact with has made this a pleasant experience. If you are looking for a new home do not hesitate to contact them. You will be happy you did.

I recently rented an amazing apartment via Ideální nájemce and the experience has been amazing. The paper work and apartment handover process went smoothly. When we moved in to our apartment due to an unforeseen issue of gas leak in the building, we did not have gas supply for a month. However, our agent(Ondrej) was on top of his game and ensured that the concern was handled with utmost priority. He is always a phone call or a message away and never neglects his clients which is very important for any tenant. I am glad that I found a professional rental agency which delivers excellent service.

I have twofold experience with this company.Negative: The fact they do have some conditions the tenant should satisfy that aren't stated on the webpages.It took quite a while to get the refund. Having so much money blocked for about two weeks can certainly be improved.Positive: I got the refund of the provision payment after we didn't met all the hidden conditions.

The company is a fraud. I rented an apartment and unfortunately had a negative experience with them. They did not return my security deposit, which is highly unethical.
