Place as good as any KFC. Super when travelling because you know what to expect and you can order on screen without talking to anybody. Then just fill yourself full!

Took them the longest time to prepare the food. Fast food indeed! Looked like the team was there by mistake - confused and disorganized. Quality good as usual but you usually go to these places to save time!

The staff was nice and welcoming, the prices were reasonable and the food was delicious, but unfortunately it was difficult to communicate and speak, very few of the staff could speak English or German.

Good food but poor hygiene (for the client): there was no soap neither in WC nor in external sink. Alerted, the staff were not reactive: only when I had finished eating did they fix the issue, or about 15 minutes after I told them. Hygiene is specially important when you eat with your hands!! Otherwise, the food was good.

Terrible, the place was absolutely filthy, inside and outside, chips were old, coke was flat. Chicken was ok, but far from the average KFC standard.

During this summer, I paid a visit to the KFC restaurant in České Budejovice with my family for luncheon. I had endured certain experiences which I find are worthwhile to share, for the improvement of a degraded service.I had chosen two classic twisters with French fries and three bottles of mineral water. I was greatly astounded when this order was met with the astute reply that only spicy foods were served there. Now, I must pause my narrative to emphasise that a normal, non-spicy meal should be always be made available for people who are not accustomed to or cannot consume spicy foods. In this instance, I only ordered two packets of French fries and a strips menu, even though this was also spicy. I admit that I prefer extra salted French fries, so I endeavoured to acquire some by requesting it from a cashier. In response, to my great astonishment, the cashier proclaimed that it was already salty! As I was recovering from this moment of vulgarity, the manager came, and ordered some salt to be fetched. Still unchecked, the cashier commented in surprise that I wished for salt. On roughly the same lines, I managed to obtain room-temperature bottled water.On proceeding to wash my hands, I came upon a sink full of filth and grime floating in stagnant water inside. I personally find this lack of hygiene ludicrous during a pandemic. Please refer to the photographs attached.However, the French fries were thick and good, and not at all burnt: they were delicious!In the future, I hope that people will find that the service will be upgraded.Thanking you for your understanding!

Well...I’m a big fan....and had experience working in one KFC franchise back in London and I can say that this branch have great original chicken, cooked according to KFC’s guidelines. Not many are following guidelines due to cost, time and laborious nature of it.
