I would highly recommend Medistella. I worked with Michaela and she was wonderful. She was compassionate, knowledgeable, a good communicator, and consistent in our communication over several weeks. The money was more than worth it, and Michaela was generous with her time for what we had already paid. I had researched IVF clinics in Spain and the Czech Republic and knew quite a bit. But, Medistella has first hand knowledge and experience I didn't have because the team is made up of previous IVF coordinators and patients. Michaela was able to confirm and clarify what I thought I already knew and give me new insights about the different clinics I was considering. Also, she communicated directly with the various clinics on our behalf and spoke directly to the medical director at one clinic to create a solution for us that would provide what we needed medically while also saving us time and money.

My husband and I had been trying to get pregnant for seven years. At age 48, we knew the best route for us was to do IFV with donor eggs but cost at our clinic was beyond our means. We thought our dream of having a baby was impossible. I researched alternate options and contacted a few international clinics on my own. I found communication with the clinics was erratic and difficult to navigate all the logistics. She walked us through every stage of every test we needed to accomplish. She worked tirelessly to find a clinic that was right for us and available during the pandemic. After our introduction to The URE Gutenberg clinic in Spain, I knew she had found best choice for us. They were genuine, experienced professionals who made us feel confident we could achieve our dream of having a baby. During months leading up our trip, Andrea continued to make herself available for concerns and questions that came up. I had some difficulties with language navigating the terms and plan of care. Andrea offered sensible solutions and thanks to her, the situations worked out quickly. The most valuable aspect of my relationship with Andrea and Medistella was the sincere encouragement I received. I didn’t always have the confidence to continue with the required tests or paperwork and travel plans. She helped me prioritize tasks and cheered me on all the way.When we reached the clinic in Spain, the experience was beyond anything I had encountered in the American health care system. The facilities were modern. The doctors had decades of experience and I was treated like I was the only client in the busy clinic. The location was perfect for our Holliday at the beach.The day of my transfer procedure Andrea messaged with me (with a seven-hour time difference) and helped me navigate last minute concerns and anxieties. Today I am 28 weeks pregnant with healthy twin boys! Andrea continues to be a support and I love sending baby updates. I could not have accomplished all of this without her guidance and skills. I am forever grateful for the gift Medistella and Andrea have given our family.

I used Medistella services in July '21, I am now 19 weeks pregnant. Going abroad would have been a lot more daunting if it wasn't for Anna's assistance in picking clinics, and arranging initial appointments. Would highly recommend the service for anyone who is considering going abroad for treatment!

Medistella was incredibly helpful. After a less than stellar experience with another clinic, we decided to work with Medistella, and they recommended a new clinic that would be a better fit for us. It was! They were amazing! And the Medistella staff were great at helping us coordinate and get questions answered (often difficult given the different time zones), and checked in on us to make sure everything was going okay.

I contacted Kristen in Medistella for the first time in December last year. She was so helpful and was able to help me navigate the daunting decision of picking a clinic and dealing with all the stress that comes with it.
