Hotel is really good for 4 stars. Staff is very nice. Rooms are clean and large. Body care services are also super. Staff mostly know only Russian and little bit German language, If you are speaking only English it will be hard for you, but they are very friendly they will find a way to talk with you. Most of services are in Green House, and if your room is in Blue House you have to walk a lot for Green House. Prefer to stay in Green House, if it possible

First and last time there.Unfortunately was not what we'd expected from 4 Stars Hotel. Personal at the breakfast time was totally unfriendly and we were just disappointed. The rooms too small, swimming pool too small for the capacity about 654 full rooms, no shower gel, no informations to witch part of building you have to go to, because the Hotel is separated in three of them.... If you want to save money don't go there.

Booked a room through their website, payed it, went straight to reception, they told me to wait for a bit, cuz it takes time to see my reservation in their system. I waited for more than two hours, but they still didn’t provide me with an accommodation. So I booked another hotel, but they refused to refund me. Awful communication. Terrible refund policy. A BIG NO GO.

Positives - Great Location and lovely reception and bar staff. Pool and sauna well organized and cleanNegatives - Thai massage is definitely not. Just a rub down with cream. Total waste of money.Food choice is mediocre

This 2 stars review has been mainly reduced by the fact the access to the spa area was not allowed after checkout ... Never seen that in any hotel in the world, and I spend half of my nights in hotel !Good location in Karlovy Vary, a bit outside of the action but just about rightSome free parking possibilities nearby, not many but we managed every day.Breakfast was normal, typical of most hotels, but great wide selection.Room was comfortable but dated (end of 1990s I would say) which I don't mind.Pool area was nice with included sauna, hammam, pool, jaccuzi and feet baths with rocks.Worst point :Service was also dated but from communistic times, having to queue for everything, not very polite at reception with direct short answers. We wanted to enjoy the spa for two days, we purchased two nights at the hotel and expected to spend two days at the spa, but on the second day, they told us we would not be able to go to the spa area (pool etc) after checkout. Checkout being at 11:00 and breakfast until 10:30 well... We spent two nights for only enjoying one day at the spa ...

After our second trip and one-week stay, the following advice:- the trip from the hotel to downtown it's not an easy one. The hill must be mastered. Taxi around 10-20€ depending on the driver.- Spa... There is no spa, just a shared swimming pool, one whirlpool, and a sauna with three hotels. So don't expect any spa feeling.- food is excellent and delicious, and the variety is plenty.- do not go late for breakfast. The personnel cleaned the coffee machine 20 minutes before the deadline of 10:30.- emergency plan... It does not exist. If you get caught in the elevator during an electricity issue... Good luck with- parking is limited and costs 8€ a day outside and 10 in the garage.Overall, the building is well maintained and clean.

The hotel location is nice, but you should reserve a parking spot. the access between the buildings are complicated to old people and couples with baby, the pool is not really warm and is closed part of the day. The food is OK, nothing special.

Location:This place is a bit aside of the city. But it's not bad, especially if you like to walk and have some activities. There are multiple routes to the place and all are beautiful: old city, parks and etc.Food:There are lot of options (more than in regular hotels) but of course this is not a restaurant.Services:There are some service behaviour from the communist era but as I have seen there are a lot of clients are getting nostalgia of this by choosing this hotel. In general what I see as a strategy here: thay are avoiding interactions with clients and maybe this is not so bad after all.You can also get a lot paid body care services here: massage, electric stimulation of joins, warm wraps with paraffin and etc.Parking:Covered and public. Has to be paid. Never was a problem to find a place.Pool:Big pool and hot sauna.It's a good place, thay have their clients that I hope will be only improving with time. At first i was about to score 4 but it's 5 because price is still good.

+ Good breakfast a lot of options, balcony, forest, ability to go to pool inside of buildings, everybody speaks English, receptionists are nice,- Small jacuzzi, not all workers at breakfast are friendly (swear in Czech when I seat not where she wants?.. And don’t come at 10:00 when breakfast finishes 10:30, they will show you how they are not happy), small room, massages here are joke (for almost 1000 Kc for 20 minutes I expect orgasm but they just stroke you.. I had 2 different massages)
