I’m very happy that I started doing pilates as a complete beginner in the True Pilates Studio! Jeremie is a super professional pilates instructor teaching based on the authentic method. He always considers quality over quantity and pays attention to the individuals during the class.I’ve tried the mat and some private classes, both types are very much recommended based on your needs, the studio is super well equipped. If you are serious about Pilates, this is a FANTASTIC studio. The Instructors follow the classical method developed by Joseph Pilates and Romana Kryzanowska. The studio is impeccably maintained, and the reformers and wall units are top-quality Gratz equipment. The teachers are extremely good; the owner Jeremie, who also instructs, is particularly top-notch. I can’t say enough good things about this studio!
