If I could have given more than 5 stars I would definitely do so. Of course, the quality of the products is amazing - no questions about it, but moreover, this shop in Novy Smichov has really great employees. They are always happy to help you with everything, even weirdest questions and choosing presents. I’ve picked all the Christmas presents in less than 20 minutes - thanks to Lenka's professionalism. She made my shopping and day overall amazing. I’ll definitely return to find something for myself too :)

This was one of the best times I experienced good service in smichov. Lenka was very smiley, professional, attentive and knowledgeable about lush products. It wasn’t forced or to let me buy, it felt that she just wanted to educate me about their products. I didn’t buy much but I was treated with so much friendliness even the cashier had this genuine smile that it’s rare to find in the mall. I’m definitely going again to get that sleepy lavender facial scrub.Update: I went back and bought the sleepy Lavender, mask of magnaminty & skin's shangrilla. Magnaminty is one of the best face products i used, it make my face so fresh and soft all day also skin's cream made my face noticeable glowing in a healthy way ( recommend it )

A good assortment of natural cosmetics, a wonderful opportunity to try the products right in the store. I really liked Lucia's (hope I remember her name right) professional approach, her sense of humor and friendliness. I will definitely come back to buy gifts for Christmas. :)
