Very nicely setup, friendly staff, interesting exhibits

A nice small gallery, with a fine collection of 19th and 20th century Czechoslovakian, Czech, and Russian art (mostly landscape and portraiture). One especially fine Gustav Klimt in the permanent collection which is absolutely worth seeing. Most text is presented side-by-side in Czech and English. Definitely with a visit, particularly as entry is free on Sundays.

Nice place, the temp exhibitions are usually nice ( as any art ;-); the Judith masterpiece is truly a masterpiece worth seeing...

Not too many paintings, but there is one by Gustav Klimt. A few others are quite remarkable.

Small gallery with interesting peices of work. Some of classic style, but majority modern at the time is more modern art

Jakub and his assistant speak excellent English and are super nice. I had a super strong ginger tea there that was perfect for the cold November days of Ostrava. When you visit the museum, visit Art & Coffee!

Fine place. Greeting stuff. But sume pictures are difficult to understand. It is good place for lovers of modern art

The whole bottom floor was filled with distasteful photographs of animals being prepared for slaughter.The second floor is filled with the gallery founders substandard collection, with a section of black and white ink drawings from an artist that was very disturbed.The third floor was closed, like usual.In conclusion, it’s a very poor effort to fill the vast gallery space that is available. Not worth anyones money. To be precise, I would not take a single painting home, if they tried paying me. Disgusting, distasteful are the words to describe this gallery. Try harder please. And if you can’t, get a better procurement team.P.s. Out of the millions of pieces of art available to you in existence today, you’ve chosen topics about Death, Darkness and Foreclosure. I don’t know if I should be more worried about the artists you chose to associate with, or the people running this gallery. You can’t take your kids to see this, maybe in psychology class to learn about the dark side of depression. It was ugly. Really ugly…

Nice gallery with good cafe inside. Excellent exhibition of Oneiron and Urszula Broll art started today.
