Can certainy recommend this company - professional, fast and friendly service. They are helping us in every matter, paper work was done on time and correctly. They communicate with all local services for us, so that we don't have any problems with Czech language, which can be very confusing for expats. We visited a house twice and we were very interested with my partner. The agent had undertaken to provide us with a detailed offer as soon as possible, but 7 days later we had still not received anything. So we contacted her again. Following this, we wrote back to get details of the charges the owner was asking for, but there... still no response after 7 days. So we decided to give up and go through a more serious agency.We understand that sometimes the owners are not so responsive, but it would have been polite to write to us or call us to keep us informed... especially 15 days before moving in.

Mrs. Press helped me to sell a small studio in Vinohrady. As her agency already managed some flats in the same building, this was helpful, as she already had knowledge about the property. Although I was selling flat during uneasy times, when demand on flats was dropping, we could finally sell the property. Happy House Rentals cared about all contracts and organised meeting with lawyer to sign them. Compared to other agencies I have experienced in Prague I highly recommend Happy House Rentals, especially if you are interested in properties in the area of Vinohrady.
