Windsor Spa Hotel

Over priced, staff mainly speak Russian and German. English is a struggle when trying to communicate so get prepared to have Google translate handy with you.No room service, no porter service. All staff around the hotel that are linked to the Spa or medical treatment are rude and not helpful. The Hotel location is perfect and that's really about it.No air-conditioning so if you visit in summer I guess you may need to consider that when planning to stay here.Rooms are average, beds are 2 single beds put together to make it one big bed. Dont expect a view from your window.If your looking for a place just to sleep, then that's all it's good for. The price you pay for as they claim 4 stars you would expect much more. I would rate this hotel a 1 star only and the potential is there but it's clear it wont reach its potential if its kept the way it is.Simple request like drinking water is a trip you need to take to the reception and get it yourself, oh and make sure Google translate is with you.Oh yeah, no kettel or complimentary drinks like coffee or tea. So bring your own or head down to a cafe for that.

Excellent Hotel with great facilities. Sauna and Pool. Parking right at the Hotel. Very close to all the thermal springs. Shopping boutiques in walking distance and bigger malls about 5 min drive. Staff very friendly and helpful. Excellent treatments at the hotel. Reserved tables.half board or full board possible.

Well located between commercial street and oldtown. Staff in health care center can barely speak English. Russian and Germany words helps a lot. Only 1 or 2 hot dishes are changed daily, no change for the rest. Bit boring after 3days. No swimming pool available. Sauna close at 10pm and no towel if you go to sauna late. Wonder where come from their 4stars.

Nobody speaks English, not even in the tourist office of the hotel! We also failed to get information from the receptionist! Perfect Czech, that was all!

Outside drinking expresso, they took 10 euro more even though we gave 4 euro tip.Abzocke, empfehle ich nicht

this hotel is outdated, not kept properly , old dirty carpet, terrible food and unprofessional staff ,especially the restaurant .SPA facility is good and services are nice

Disappointing experience… left earlier .They have not much to offer except great location . Food is not good at all , bedding low quality .

Maximum worth 2.5 stars.Very unpleasant and rude receptionist who perceives you as a criminal.Very unprofessional and crazy janitor who wakes you up at 8 am on Saturday asking if she can clean the room.Old and outdated rooms need update. from old wooden windows come cold air.Do not recommend this place. Many more and better places to stay in this beautiful town.
