Nice place, music not so loud, affordable drinks, satisfied. Visit repeatedly in 2022 and 2023.

Downstairs bar is okay although drinks are a bit too icey and on the smaller side. Bartender encourages double shots...it may explain the erratic dancefloor moves from the patrons both young and old. Nice place to chat and catch up with friends. Would visit again and recommend for a laid back evening and not too wild atmosphere.

I was planning to vist the drag night but the guy at the entrance level was so rude & filled with contempt for me, that didn't even bother getting cash from ATM to get in. Never had such levels of coldness when try enter a bar. I have been to Bars in UK & Portugal and level of service is very professional.

Visited with my buddy yesterday at 1 o clock at Saturday night. We expected the club to be full and people dancing and so on, but no, there were few people and nobody was dancing. Okay...we stayed and started dancing on ourselfs, at first the music was not really good. But after we animated some other people to dance with us the club started to gain power, we told the dj to play 80s music and he did. We had a great time here and it was reaaaal fun, visiting again next time.But something I really don't understand:During our dancing and just at the moment other people finally started to dance, the dj stopped the music and some people started to do karaoke, OK this was fun but...you don't stop the music when people are dancing... Later on we did karaoke ourself.The staff was very nice and yeah...I can recommend the club!

Shop prices online do not reflect in store prices. 50% mark up if you just walk in. But if you reserve something online then pick it up it’s the cheaper price. Silly

I paid for a VIP band for Heaven entry and the Botel party, and the security and staff turned me away saying its not valid. It clearly is written on the band! They need to work on their customer service.

Review for the downstairs club: Great local gay bar! I have come 4 times, looking for a space accepting of queer women (many gay spaces in Europe are men-only) and found an amazing community of people who frequent Heaven including the DJs and drag talent. The events are always fun - it doesn’t fill up until late so there’s a chance to meet new people and chat in the earlier hours. Also ISIC discount on event nights is nice! Great for English-speaking younger crowd on drag event nights. So much fun!
