2 stars for the ok customer service. Coffee quality is similar to those from vendor machine or Starbucks burned espressos. Price wise is quite expensive for Prague, 79kč for a bad Doppio.

We were having a wonderful time but we had to leave because a woman arrived and started to smoke inside. We were shocked to witness such a situation in shopping mall and even more because the waitress served a coffee to this lady and didn’t say anything about her smoking.

The place looks nice but the service is just horrible. The waitresses just ignore you and you have to stand up and ask again for a drink you ordered 10mins a before. And that’s when the place is almost empty…Sadly that’s something recurrent for this place. I don’t know who owns the place, but the waitresses should be more aware of the customers. The service is part of the business, right? :)

This is my parents favourite cafe and they have very tasty coffee they also have a wide selection of alcohol to choose from if you don't want coffee. I would totally recommend this place to anyone coming to chodov Westfield.
