Hotel Vista

A perfect hotel for a business trip. Nice rooms, awesome breakfast and a very helpful staff. They have a large parking, which was crucial for us. Yet, the hotel is far away from the city center, so if you visit Brno sightseeing you need mind longer trips by tram.

Spacious and clean rooms, big breakfast buffet, professional staff, enough parking space. It's located in a residental area but it's nice and quiet with a lot of trees in the street so we enjoyed our evening walk here. It was a great 4 star hotel experience.

A hotel needs a renovation or at least better maintenance. It is far away from the city centre. Staff at the reception desk is ok, but staff in the restaurant is awful.

The only thing that could be really better, is keeping noisy guests quiet. Apart from that, I had a good time. Especially a late check out made it worthwhile.

Terrible service I never had before. Very disappointed this happen at czech republic 1st night stay. This hotel reception was terrible service. My room in group was did not hv aircon turn on. We was request to paid for aircon turn on. We was willing to pay. End up the ms.Monica was reject to accept payment for aircon. What service this hotel provide and information given. I’m dun recommend any group travel to stay this hotel and I will feedback in Facebook. I had ask the Ms.Monica is the customer service she given. She given me cannot bother attitude and let me take her picture with no sympathy. I hope this hotel management can do something of this, if you really doing hotel business in Singapore market.

My room was ok. The showerhead was very loose and the wallpaper in the bathroom is peeling off. Breakfast was great tho

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Vista Brno. The room was spacious, clean, and as described. There was a large selection of breakfast items and the quality was good. Overall, good value for the price, would consider staying again.

I put 2 stars but I'd like to put more!I booked for 3 nights with a group of colleagues.  positive things: breakfast rich, varied and with fresh food, both sweet and savoury.  for this, 5 stars and more!Well connected by tram in the nearby with downtown and close to highway exit too. Quiet zone.Playing area for children in the restaurant.  Very nice aquarium!Neither positive nor negative things: parking has a barrier that is always opened at the entrance and an automatic one at the exit.  no control of who can park and not even video surveillance (I have not seen it).the refrigerator is empty.  I usually never take anything, but at least a courtesy bottle of water would have been nicethere are no electronic keys.negative things: excessive heating and high temperature even if switched off.  probably the insulation of the building is malfunctioning.  we slept with the window open because we can't breathe (my colleagues did the same). there are no electrical sockets near the bed, but only in the bathroom and in a corner of the room.in 3 nights nobody ever cleaned the room nor refurnished with amenities. Luckily there are soap bottles inside the shower and on the lavatory.there is a kettle in the room so I made a coffee the first morning.  In the evening the cup had not been changed and so on the following days and it was not replenished with Nescafe and tea bags which had run out.  The same in my colleagues' rooms...the funny thing is that you see the cleaning staff with the trolley at all hours.....the pillows are too thick and the duvet sack was torn in one corner. Maybe consider a thinner pillow too it'd sound great.Anyway  this hotel has potential that could be put to better use.  definitely to improve the cleaning in the room and if possible remove the carpet

Clean room, silent location, willing staff, tasty food and rich breakfast. We were satisfied a lot. Next time Brno visit = accommodation in hotel vista is is the only choice.
