Items missing from my package!!!!!!!!!I had a package from the US and declared the items to the custom and paid the duty so it can be delivered. Aside from the fact that it took two months to receive the package, I picked up my package from this post office but it was completely damaged. No one speaks English!I realized the officers were also surprized with the deformed shape of my package and whispered something to each other but I do not know Czech to understand them.When I went home and opened the package, half of the items were missing. I tried to file a complaint online, but the system says I cannot do it online and have to go to the post office in person. I went to this post office, where I picked up my package, to complain. However, the procedure of filing a complain is intentionally so bad that I decided not to file. They basically said I should leave the package with everything inside with them and it will take about 30 days to see get a respond and see what to do from that point.I am very unhappy with the service and want the money that I paid for the custom duty and the cost of the missing items back.

Slow, inefficient and inept. As an example, I went to pick up a package. I had to wait more than an hour for being attended in one of the windows and they finally told me I should pick up this package the next day. They made me lose almost 2 hours in a useless way.

My parcel was being delivered" and I waited at home the whole day. Nobody came but they updated the tracking saying that they tried to deliver but I was absent. Then I called

a really bad experience today, a very unhelpful staff… we called in advance to see if they have boxes for a shipment they said yes and when we arrived they just sent us away that they don’t have it

Worst postal service ever, out of 6 deliveries for the last two months I only received one ticket to my postal box, one got sent back without me knowing and for the rest I periodically go there and stand in line for 30+ minutes because they don’t know how to do their jobs.Please go out of business.

С задачей как почта вполне справляется, иногда бывают очень большие очереди но это зачастую вечером
