Very fine people, and professionals who truly care about animals. Comes as no surprise when Prague shown to be capital city of dogs, especially during Covid era. You do want to know where to run, when things derail with your best friend! Merci <3

I thought they handled my cats operation very well and spoke very good English. The staff were very friendly and gave very good advice with instruction. The only issue I had was that there was no reception or person to meet in the waiting area to let me know when I was next. So I sat waiting 5-10 minutes after my appointment time to which I had to call and find out they were still dealing with another patient.

An excellent experience. Our cat needed his vaccinations and pet passport prepared for travel and everything was very efficient and professional. The lovely vet treating our cat was a very sweet and gentle lady, who spoke great English and prioritized our cat's comfort and wellbeing at all times. MVDr. Mára provided everything we needed to complete the registration.

I took our dog there for the first time today and both MVDr. Mára and his assistant/nurse were professional and nice. Even though we came without an appointment (due to sudden nature of the dog's health problem) we only waited a couple of minutes. Although that might have been just luck (judging from previous reviews) that there was only one quick check-up scheduled for the time when we arrived.

In November I bring my cat for injure in eye. They told me to dont worry and use collirium. In March another vet from same clinic told me she has very hard infection because I didnt bring her to check her (they told me to dont worry and didnt say i need to check it again) and they gave me antibiotics. 4 visits more from March and everytime coment was dont worry

I was there today with my cat and I must say I was very impressed. Doctor Filip is a great professional and a very kind man. He took us in without appointment due to the emergency. Both him and his nurse spoke very good English and took great care of my cat. They also explained everything that happend to me. Him and doctor Zavadilova are my favorite in Prague. Highly recommend them both.

Asked to check some small bump under the skin of our Pug. Doctor said it was just some fat and did not put any attention to it but in fact it was a cancer. Occasionally we found out it a few moth later, in other clinic where they immediately said it was a cancer and cut it off. And saved life of our dog.

It is my first expirience on vet as it is first time I have a pet, little kitten. They were nice and took care of my kitten. Also they speak English and answer all my question ;)
