I have rented the car from rentplus company through booking.com. I've double check the company works 24 hours a day. Surprisingly I have been charged again( 4 times more of my previous payment) as my aircraft had 3 hours delay. I' ve been said I am lucky to let them know my flight details otherwise they will not wait for me and it is their out of working hours time.They recommend me to contact my flight company for refund the second payment. Very disappointed!

Got an upgrade to Mercedes GLC for being a presidents club member , but the car doesnt have lane assist and adaptive cruise control , A volkswagen T Roc rental car from sixt had all these features , while this car didnot have that package , not satisfied ,

We rented a car and it was paid for and when we got to Prague they told us the our name is not in the system and told us they cannot rent us the car. Refused to refund our money and told we would need to contact the 3rd party. The manager was very unhelpful and uncooperative. Will never use Avis again in the USA it abroad.

Another excellent service from the guys at Avis! As an Avis president club member, the was service was swift and top-notch. No time-wasting even on returning the car. The agents here absolutely know what they are doing. Well done.
