Podatelny - Ministerstvo vnitra České republiky | Ministerstvo vnitra bylo zřízeno na základě zákona č. 2/1969 Sb., o zřízení ministerstev a jiných ústředních orgánů státní správy České republiky, ve znění pozdějších předpisů. Ministerstvo vnitra je orgánem státní správy pro vnitřní věci, zejména pro veřejný pořádek a další věci vnitřního pořádku a bezpečnosti ve vymezeném rozsahu, včetně dohledu na bezpečnost a plynulost silničního provozu; jména a příjmení, matriky, státní občanství, občanské průkazy, hlášení pobytu, evidenci obyvatel a rodná čísla; sdružovací a shromažďovací právo a povolování organizací s mezinárodním prvkem; organizaci voleb; veřejné sbírky; archivnictví; zbraně a střelivo; požární ochranu; cestovní doklady, povolování pobytu cizinců a postavení uprchlíků; územní členění státu; státní hranice, jejich vyměřování, udržování a vedení dokumentárního díla; státní symboly; státní, hospodářské a služební tajemství. Ministerstvo vnitra dále zajišťuje telekomunikační síť Policie České republiky, spolupráci v rámci mezinárodní organizace Interpol a metodicky usměrňuje šifrovou službu. Ministerstvo vnitra zavádí do české veřejné správy eGovernment, včetně Informačního systému datových schránek.

I have had a great experience in Kutna Hora. So very helpful and patient with communication. The whole process was so easy. The only negative thing I have to say is that every time I called the general information line, the information I was given was absolutely wrong. Like 100% totally, absolutely and completely WRONG, which I find incredible as they literally have one job when answering the information line and that is to give you information so don't trust what they say to you there so - 1* for that.

Makes absolutely no sense. People working there only speak Czech, when they mostly deal with non-natives who have yet to pick up the language. Absolutely unreasonable and ridiculous. Find a buddy who can translate for you before even attempting to make an appointment

Horrible place. I needed to give them one paper which is 2 minutes and they made me wait more then 2 hours. Asked in everyone in front of me. Jumped my number. Anyway they ask numbers in totally randomly doesn’t matter what you have you have to sit and wait. They hardly speak english. And for numbers you have to wait outside in the cold because their machine inside doesn’t work. And it is like this for years. Congrats…

Lady who served me was extremely unprofessional and rude. I just asked Which month am I eligible to apply for PR?" and she answered "What's the rush?" I've already been here for 2 years+. Was it not a valid question? Please train your employees properly before they ruin first impressions of Czech people to foreigners."

Nothing special. Not bad.. The security guard at the entrance is polite, all the staff are polite to me. Likewise, the police in the same building told me the way well. It's good that the building is located near the city center, and it's easy to get there

Horrible service and long wait times for basic things. I arrived to the office to pick up a voucher only to be told to come another day as if I have nothing better to do. The Information desk doesn't speak English. They expect people new to this country to speak Czech!?! I’m trying to learn the language for years, It's not realistic.

Women on Azyl" desk don't speak English at all. She refuses to communicate at any of 4 languages I know

The process of acquiring a temporary residence visa is relatively painless and efficient. Get online to organise a meeting, or call.The staff are not rude, but neither are they helpful. For example, one lady would not permit me to even ask a question - her default was Ask at the Information Desk."Welcome to the Czech Republic."
