Drivelab Střížkov

I have to say i live near by so it was very good drive 2min there and walk back home in 5. I booked my time the very same day and the car mechanic called me to find out what brand my car was, to check and buy needed supply for my type of car. The repair took longer than 30min time, but I do not care, came back in hour and they were kind to help me with any question and additional checks. I recomend it and will used it in future for sure. The price is ok.

We visited two times so far for the changing of the tires and both times everything was just perfect. Appointments are easy to book, guys speak english, there is no waiting time, all in all - couldn't be better. Thanks and see you again :D

I recommend.Last week I contacted Drivelab on ad-hoc basis asking them for an appointment to change my brake discs and pads. I must say I was really surprised that I got an appointment on the same day and they rescheduled it after I requested them to do so. I had already purchased the parts on my own. When I contacted other mechanics, they refused to install them in my car citing various frivulous reasons. Drivelab openly offered to replace it. Mr Nikita speaks good English and understands the problem. The entire job was completed in an hour or so. Good experience.

Professional service for - what I consider - a good price. It is easy to fix an appointment, they work fast and there is a guest room if you want to wait there while they work on the car. Big bonus for foreigners like me: they speak English.

Seems like the management, or at least the administration has changed on Strizkov DriveLab, because before I had no issues, first I used to go to the Zizkov DriveLab which unfortunately closed, and the manager who used to work there has been moved to Strizkov, no matter it was far for me to drive to the Strizkov one, since I really liked the service, and client orientation, it was okay.Now, I’ve scheduled a replacement of break disks/pads, 1 week in advance (!), arrived on a day of my appointment, and the administrator tells me that the material is not available blaming another administrator that he didn’t write down properly and didn’t order it. Why should I care about it when I have an appointment?!?!This is very frustrating considering before the service was just excellent! I would ask the main mngt of the DriveLab to pay attention on this review, as you will start loosing loyal clients who used to use your service for many years.Giving 2 starts instead of 1, just because of the previous years good experience.

Great place, they work professionally and they speak English, Russian, Czech.They also accept if you bring your tires or battery with you and they do the replacement as well.Good experience so far and no problems after the visit.

I bought a car few months ago and time came to switch on winter tires. I was looking for a good Russian or English speaking service quite a long time. Decided to call to DriverLab at Strizkov. Communication was great and polite. They found winter tires in 3 hours and told me all the prices and when should I come. All procedure of tier change took just 2 hours. Next day I called them back because of scratches, asked how it happened and if they can fix them (it attachment you can find photos before and after). The answer was “we use special device to change tires and it scratches the wheel. We can not repair, maybe there is a service that can do that.“. As far as I know, it is possible to cover the wheel to avoid those scratches. Not satisfied with the service as maybe workers where in a hurry or saw that I am a woman or just were unprofessional. I don’t think that wheels should be damaged so much. I don’t recommend and do not go there anymore.

They are by far the best mechanics i have ever found in 11 years in Czech Republic. They have performed very major works to my not so common and easy to work on car (Porsche Boxster) they have taken the engine out, changed all ruined plastic and rubber parts, solved 3 fluid leaks and several noises, changed the clutch, fixed a power steering leak and mounted a new alternator, all of this in record time and with some parts bought by myself! They have very honest prices and you know since the beginning what you will pay. They have a fantastic customer service, Slava is just amazing, always reachable and speaks perfect English! My car now runs like new, they have fixed issues that several mechanics could not fix.. i challenge you to find a better and more honest service anywhere else, i will definitely go to them in the future!

I had to change my car's brake discs and pads. They were very professional, offered a good price and the whole communication was done in English. Highly recommended.
