Cinema City

I love this place. But what is wrong with your customer support? I've accidentally made a reservation on a wrong date, and wanted to change it for the same time the next day. There is no opportunity to do so in your app, so I've tried to call you, and waited 35 minutes to be connected to the operator and didn't success. My mistake, but it's unbelievable, there is no way to fix such a common issue.

Just saw Air. Fantastic cinema with great sound and has IMAX. Shame it's not very well signed from street level. Should get a lot more foot traffic.

I love Cinema City chain around ČR. We’ve been to Chodov, Smichov in Prague, and it was the most pleasant experience. But this place certainly needs to be avoided at all cost if you are a foreigner, and want to have a good time, and not to spoil your mood for the entire day. The moment we have greeted them, they have probably heard the accent and almost started laughing, like I am so sorry, but what is so funny? We study in your country, appreciate your language and traditions, and want to respect your beautiful native language by studying it, and practicing on daily bases, and you are going to laugh? I have never felt so disrespected from customer service. Everyone was very unpleasant, and probably it was a fortunate event, that we were 5 minutes late and I forgot my wallet, so we had to leave. If destiny gives you signs you probably should follow them. Overall, would not recommend due to customer service, but whole Cinema City is amazing - try Chodov or Smichov

We watched Top Gun Maverick in English, while killing several hours before our evening flight departure. It kept us close to the hotel where our luggage was stored and prevent use from getting too sweaty prior to our long day of flying back home.No complaints seats were comfy enough, theater was largely empty, snacks and popcorn were available and the restrooms were clean.

I was trying to find a movie theater which was showing movies in english and i found this, the price was good and the seats were reasonably comfortable, no recliners. You have to buy 3D glasses separately if you don’t have one and you can even get a students discount if you a student.

Even though I prefer smaller boutique cinemas, this one has good location in the city center and also streaming many movies few times a day. However, I find it a bit overpriced also the toilets are usually smelly and so clean.

Fairly good cinema, prices for tickets is completely reasonable. But I can't say the same for snacks (80 kc for redbull). The seats were ok. Not exactly cloud 9 but it was ok. Temperature was also quite decent. In general a pretty good expensive cinema w not too comfortable chairs.

I like :)I don’t go to the movies often but a good cinema like this one makes it unforgettable, helpful staff, clean cinema-rooms and seats and good sound/picture quality.
