Today I wanted to exchange a Furnace I bought before. It was not yet a month. It was not working for 2 weeks. I wanted to change it. Or I wanted to give credit and get something else. Unfortunately, since I am a foreigner, the responsible manager there did not give me that authority. I also called the police. Even the police came. I told me their nationalist waste and they changed the belongings of their citizens in front of the police. But he meant to say they didn't change mine. Don't go to the story there.This event took place between 10 and 11 o'clock and I threw the item I bought into the trash. I left it there in front of the police and came. Its value is 1200kç

One of the good whole seller became a nightmare by the time.unprofessional team,manager/ representatives so called (obchodni zástupce). Still I don’t know with whom I am contacting. Who Never met,never called me.if I ask to the Hradec Kralove Makro they say “contact your OZ”but whom??????no information. Mostly same info might be the person is on holidays… really???? Can’t you find a better excuse??????you don’t care for the company which has been given you every month more than 100k+ business. For more than 12 years??????? Unable to solve any issue and problem. If Makro wants to hire such staffs then we need to find other companies which respect their valuable customer.shameful

Really well design Makro store. Staff is helpful, everything is in the right place and well organized.
