Such a bad behavior and I was waiting about 7 minutes to get a person to make an order.I attached the image here and I can send you video of waiting time and miss behaving if you request the videos

Service has improved greatly and fresher chicken probably due to it getting busyer.Staff speak english and understanding when i ask for no leg pieces

Out of five hot wings, one was half the regular size and one was ridiculously small, about the size of a single piece of chicken popcorn. More batter than meat, boneless too. I felt cheated out of about quarter of my order.Strips were underdone, batter was pale blond and soggy instead of crispy.Long story short we've had few bits of chicken and a lot of disappointment for lunch. At least it was prepared quickly.

This particular branch of KFC is simply horrible. This is the second time they gave me this small pieces of chicken crust with zinger burger. I eat kfc a lot so I'm pretty sure thats not how a zinger should look like. I ordered zinger menu and they even forgot to give me the cola! It's like none cares and the fries were cold too. I mean if you don't have the meat then don't orders!I hope the management sees this and takes some action.
