Last week I need to print some slides for an important presentation. I already used their service and everything went smoothly, so I haven’t hesitated and I went there. After printing, the lady at the desk told me the file was too big and it wasn’t printing out. We were communicating via google translator since she wasn’t able to speak English. So I waited for 50 minutes but no trace of my handouts for the ppt. A girl from the line saw me in the difficult situation and try to help me. I explained her I wanted 4 copies of the ppt, in color and 4 slides per page. After changing the setting she selected print and eventually the papers were there. One page per slide for a total of 60 slides. I told the girl that wasn’t what I wanted, she kinda started panicking so I didn’t insist. Ended up paying 20€ and being ashamed for the unnecessary consumption of paper I omit.

Service is frustrating. Me and my friend ordered a thesis here. We had to manually choose black and white, and color pages from it, print and then rearrange pages in correct order. A lot of work for a high price.I ordered it as fast printing, within 2 hours. They took my number and that's why I was expecting their call, but they never did. After 2 hours I decided to wait more, so I don't come without a reason. I understand the work can take longer, no problem in that. Still no call after 4 hours! I decide to come anyway at 5 pm, and they are closed! Extremely frustrating! They close early , they don't call! I had to wait over the weekend to pick up my express" order.Printing in general is fine
