Worst bike shop repair service. Must wait 1 month to get bicycle repaired. Parts not available. Staff is very unfriendly.

These guys are just great and honest. Had a bike crash on my first day on a longer bike vacation, and bent my front wheel. Couldn't be fixed without a new rim, but the guys tweaked and adjusted everything to the best possible setup, and got us back on our trip. And they refused to take a dime for it, even though I was a desperate tourist, and would have paid sums to get back on the road. What every bike shop should be like.

I shortlisted Mojekolo shop because I found that the website is simply user-friendly, easy to navigate and has a great filter functionality that makes the whole search convenient for me. I managed to purchase two Merida bicycles via Mojekolo based on my specific criteria - brand and budget. The whole customer service experience was very pleasant and favorable. From booking the bicycles via the website until the actual collection, everything went smoothly. I am very satisfied. The shop also offers a wide range of services and sells various components and accessories for bicycles.

Placed an order on 12/4 so far no delivery date was confirmed and no update made on the order. Unless you want to lose time don't order from them.What detailed info have you sent? You just sent an email with 0 details that does not contain at least an apology. If you are not able to get in touch with a customer via phone cause your website does not allow international phone numbers in 2023 you can send an email the same day to avoid wasting time.

I shopped there a couple times for a while and picking up stuff I both online. The staff was always very nice and helpful. There was always someone speaking English well that could help. They let me try bikes there for as long as I wanted. I called them a couple of times and always got to talk to someone quickly. I really wish all bike shops had this level of costumer service.
