My first visit of this place was right after opening and I loved their pho. Today I came after longer while and I was really confused. The broth was really weak so I was disappointed. However, there was quite nice portion of meat which was really nice and service was also quite fast. I cannot recommend it due overall taste, but I cannot say it is the worst pho I have ever tried. It’s average.

Never mind the pun in name, Pholevka is a cosy and spacious dine-in bistro serving fairly traditional Vetnamese dishes, some crossing toward South Asian fusion. In spite of its indoor location (Atrium Flora, level 3,) it offers daylight and a view of the kitchen. Front of house staff are friendly and keep the plqce spotless.For the food, summer rolls have a good crunch of cucumber and prawns, with nice amount of the compulsory mint but the addition of chicken slices makes it a standalone dish rather than a starter. Pho Bo came well presented in a sea deep bowl, with large and square shavings of the meat, but had a lake-like taste with the broth being a bit too watered down.I cannot say it was unpleasant but I know the same money buys you better soup two subway stops closer to the city.

Do not recommend. Not tasty and small amount of grilled duck per portion and rice noodles are not the best.
