Euro Segway Prague tours

Pretty shoddy experience. After paying for 2 trikes , and what one would imagine is a fair trial, I was asked not to ride and sit behind my husband. Which was ok , but when it came to refunding the 10 euros per their started policy, a series of rude exchanges followed as though asking for your money back was a crime. Petty and inappropriate transaction. The triken tour itself was quite average and positioned as a private tour when the reality was that they didn't have quorum . Have done this world over, but this experience left a bad taste. Maybe it was. A one off for them but not accepting responsibility for doling out a poor experience was unexpected, especially when people do this for just that , a memorable experience.

Ok… you just landed in Prauge, throw your bags at the hotel and spend the next couple hours touring with these people! I’m serious, it’s the best way to get an informative beautiful first glance at several points of interest and some lights out views of the city. Our guide Tom was awesome. This guy is 5 Stars all day long. Go for the trike for sure. I highly recommend for first timers and seasoned visitors alike.

Had a really good experience with them on their trike tour. Great way to get around Prague and see a lot of sights in a short time. Riding up the hill to the castle on the trike is much easier than walking! Daniel was a great guide and was really passionate about the history of the Czech people. Would 100% do it again and recommend!!

We had booked wrong date and showed up the next day without knowing we had actually missed the tour, however the manager together with our guide allowed us to do the tour anyway without any extra charge, 5 stars for costumer care, we proceed the tour , the trike was really comfortable however prepare for some vibrations in some of the streetsOur guide told us many facts and his English and Spanish were fluent and he was really attentive to our questions and our needs. He showed us basically all the best points of old town aswell the castle and some parks, the Jewish quarter and the park which had amazing views of all pragueStrongly recommended and ask for the guide named Sebastián because he will make the experience 10 times better

Our 3 hour tour on the Harley Trikes followed by our Segway tour the following day were brilliant. Our guide Sebastian was fantastic. His knowledge and passion for the city, its history and culture coupled with the 2 types of transport were a winning combination to celebrate my son's 18th on this short trip to Prague. Thanks so much. Will be coming back with my partner and using you again sometime soon!

We had a private tour yesterday and we absolutely loved it. Our guide Tippy was exceptionally patient and a very nice and welcoming attitude. Highly recommended!!
