Hotel Amarilis Prague

Very friendly staff. Helping whereever they can. Rooms are clean, cleaningstaff great. Wellness small but for two people fantastic. Next visit to Prag means for me this hotel. Thank you

The staff are not friendly and be careful with bottles of water they are not on mini bar menu they write only the brand and it’s price is 10 times more than the supermarkets, at the end of 5 day stay they charged me1000 czc only for drinking water. Do not recommend it’s like 3 Star hotels

Pretty decent Hotel, the balconies are hit and miss (5th floor balconies are really small but great and 6th floor balconies you practically have to share with the other rooms because the only seperation is a pot of flowers), mini bar prices are average, the English and/or German speaking staff was competent and friendly.the hotel could replace a few broken floor tiles on the 5th floor. Breakfast was ok, nothing special, but also nothing to complain about.

Incredibly friendly and considerate service. Would 100% recommend this as a place to stay, you'll be well looked after.

Great service, the staff was very nice and helped us with our birthday party! The hotel room was beautiful and so was the view and spa. Recommended!

Exceptional hotel in an exceptional city. Wonderful breakfast that set up the 8 days we spent there. The staff is first-rate. They even prepared a breakfast for us because we left for the airport before breakfast was served--now THAT is great service!!Superior room was, in fact, superior. Location can not be improved upon. For those tourists who never before have visited Prague, the public transportation is fantastic and inexpensive.

Stayed with my bf for a few days. The hotel staff was wonderful and we also enjoyed getting a massage (extra cost). On our last night there happed to be a party bbq on the roof, wonderful views and food. Highly recommend, very close to all the major attractions

Not a bad hotel, except for surprise. Folding back the covers, I saw blood smeared on the bed sheet at the foot of the bed. Disgusting and.... The front desk was approached to report the matter to someone in charge, and the housekeeping staff who spoke/understood poor English was sent to me. AMARILIS Hotel-never again¡!!!!!!

We stayed for a week in one of the superior rooms with a balcony.The room was big, comfy and clean as well as the bathroom. The bed was a tad on the harder side, which can be good or bad depending what you are used to. I wasn't a fan of the bathtub / shower combo at first, but learned to love it when I strained my back and could soak in the hot water for a while. For people with problems moving though this could be challenging.I want to point out the more than excellent service of everyone of the staff. Whatever we asked, they walked the extra mile to help us out and make our stay a wonderful time. Be it helping with troubles ( Trainee Martin to the rescue!) or booking a massage or finding a special sweet treat, they got us covered.Another big plus is the breakfast buffet. There is something for everyone, from pancakes to oats to bacon to cakes to fruits, they had everything and all of it was delicious.There are some miniscule things to complain: the room was very warm and the air conditioner didn't work that we'll and the before mentioned bathtub / shower combo.Overall, we had an wonderful time there, could reach everything walking and rest comfortable when we came back from our adventure.We will come back to Prague and if they have a room for us, we will come back to this hotel.

My Backpack was robbed out of the locked hotel luggage compartment in July 22 because no one was on the reception. It has been one year now and i didnt get any compensation payment.
