One of my favourite libraries in Prague for three reasons. First, the architecture is so inspiring that allows any student, researcher and researcher to engage with materials. Second, the library is Strategically located on Národní Divaldo, which allows you to conveniently transport to your next destination. Third, the river is on the right to Library, where you can always take a break and enjoy the sun, if any.

I already loved this place, been here done that. I even know how to get in the computers for longer than time limit. Now i found out its also women owned. Very happy brought my granddaughter here to show her what women can do! I hope she finds a role model in this library. Didn't show her how to go over the timer, because i want her to be honest and follow the rules. Thanks for maintaing such a great place, I spend most of my days here to be honest.

Unfortunately I can't recommend this place for serious studying...The place is very nice and old and its very pretty but its really hard to focus due to the reason that there is a coffee shop inside the library where you are allowed to talk and the room is not isolated or anything so its really loud and even with earplugs you can hear the people talking and laughing which shouldn't be a thing in a library especially if you pay for it expecting a quiet place to study... Its kinda sad because without that it would be a nice place but there are way better study options than that right now...

Beautiful architecture with a genius loci.Part is also a public library.Great place to study and work, in the middle of the city.Staff is very helpful and you can find many great books here with focus to environment, nature or the universe
