Nice accomodation with good services and food.

HORRIBLE! Not happy - so much so I think this is the first negative review Im taking the time to write. Stayed here for a long time due to a work placement and it was dirty, the front office staff were shady and rude - unhelpful to the point that when a coworker was locked out of their room Sylvia did not help. (Main girl: the worst. Suspect her to be a heroin addict), lied saying she would come back at 23:00 but didnt so he had to sleep elsewhere for a night. Also the restaurant food, juices, salad dressings and other things had water added to them. Things were stolen from our rooms. Cleaning ladies brought their kids to work, left dust and barely cleaned, broke my laptop computer, and would take old towels but not provide new ones. We didnt complain much at first and were very patient, but hopefully you can see why this place is one of the worst places we've ever stayed in. Also, if youre staying on a weekend and dont want loud noise blaring until 4 in the morning, too bad: they host weddings and horse festivals as loud as they want and don't care.

Excellent for the price! Modern and fresh rooms! Just a ten minute walk to the city centre! Can't recommend it enough!

I had the unfortunate experience of staying here for a few months and was incredibly disappointed with their customer service. The laundry service was terrible with clothes going missing on a regular basis. There was also the issue of items being stolen from the room including money. The rooms were constantly filthy and towels were forgotten on occasion leaving it necessary to track down someone to get some (which could be a difficult task given the front desk's inability to answer the door).

Very nice rooms, well equiped, clean and spaceous. It looks to be very new, the inside is elegant and cozy. And he location is 15 minutes from the city center.
