I would give 0, if I was able to. They are absolutely horrible. They don't speak English and their behaviour is terrific... They cursed at me because I didn't know how to speak Czech. I'm at a foreigners police department, why would I know Czech? The man who was supposed to do his job was so bad and acted like an animal. If I knew a way how to report him, I would. I ended up with 0 progress at the end and all they did was to waste my time and curse and shout. Never ever go there. These Czech policemen act like animals. 0/10.

First time I came here I had a really good experience. The second time, the officer did not speak english really well and he did not understand what I wanted. I know I am in the czech republic, but you will deal with foreigners who don’t speak the language so it makes sense to hire multilangual people.

My experience was great! It all went smoothly as I prepared all required documents and went there early. The police officers treated me nicely even though I didn’t speak Czech. They tried to speak English as much as they could. In particular, the female police officer who was in charge of my registration was so kind and polite. Although she couldn’t speak fluent English, she made her effort to explain things to me which I really appreciated it.

You have to take a number and wait for when it is called. We did not wait long, approximately 15mins on Monday morning. Officers were helpful, nice and everything was ok.

I arrived there on Monday at around 8:30. I had to wait for 10 minutes, the policeman was really friendly and answered all questions nicely. All in all after 20 minutes done with everything. I can't understand the bad ratings to be honest. Just go there well prepared with all needed documents etc.

Czech police department with russian / USSR mentality. Absolute absense of education and primitive respect. I can sign under each negative comment here - all of them are 100% true. - if you need to show them your bank acc balance make sure that there is not too much money because they get mad when they see that you are foreigner and rich. Plus they make copy of your credit card and not cover numbers which means everybody who wants can get your card details and use it in amazon for example :D and of course they do not speak english

I came to get registered to get the parking permit. They told me everything was alright but then the parking permit office did not find me. Ask for a written proof if you’re in my situation.

One of the best friendliest place in Prague.Not all employees speak English but some do and are extremely helpful.I came here to get invitation letter and the process was very smooth.

My experience was much better than I thought. I arrived at 7:50 on a Tuesday and there was only a couple waiting before me. As they opened the office, the ticketing machine was broken, so we were all waiting. I didn't know what to do for a while so I asked the officers for help, and one lady spoke English perfectly and kindly told me the ticketing machine has been fixed and I should get a ticket. I got a ticket, got called, submitted my form and documents and completed my registration.I recommend preparing thoroughly and going there early, then you will not have a bad experience hopefully. Other officers could speak English too. My visit was shorter than an hour.
