I have been travelling a lot and never once I have ever had a problem in buying souvenirs but the blonde old lady who work in this store is a disgrace to the people of Czech with her crude attitude. If you don’t like to serve customer, please don’t work as a cashier. I purchased souvenirs from you and you had the audacity to throw the money as if I’m a homeless beggar for you. 2 items still a sale to you so what makes you think that it is right for you to treat your customer that way? I do enjoy Prague but you disgusted me to the gut with your sick attitude towards me. I do not recommend this store to tourists. There are a lot of souvenirs shop with better selection, prices, and the most importing thing is they are kind and friendly.
