Good variety of cars, pathetic service, non professional management. This is the largent seller in čr and smaller companies and competitors like AUTOESA are extremely better than them. Slowest cusotmer service, 1 star for car variety and few cooperative staff members.

Velmi vstřícný personál, profesionalita, zájem o zákazníka. Opravdu nadstandardní služby. Zakoupila jsem auto, se kterým jsem spokojená. Oproti zkušenosti v auto ESA obrovský rozdíl, protože tam se mi nikdo nevěnoval, čekala jsem skoro celý den a žádný prodejce mi neukázal jediné auto. Pokud chcete koupit dobré auto v Liberci, tak doporučuji jedině AAA auto !

I ordered a car on the internet, paid and agreed to have the car delivered to my adress, as for the administrative side it was perfect, However as for the car it was not so. The car spose to be delivered on specific day. On that day the delivery phoned and told that they are on the way, later that day I phoned the guy and asked him where is the car ? He said that the driver went home because he was not feeling well and promised that the car will be delivered next day, and as promised the car was delivered next morning. Great, only the paperwork left to sort out and all will be good. Not so lucky, after noticing that the car had only few months left on STK we decided to go for full years extension instead of evidencial STK. I was shocked when the centre did not passed the car because there was an oil leak. Really? after all these checks on the car and they did not see an oil leak ? Anyway had it fixed next day and went to the centre again and the car passed in flying colours. I did not even bother to contact aaa auto as they would say that it is my fault not viewing the car before my self. All in all the experience was not bad and thinking about it , we might purchase a car from the company again of course we will view it first. Thank you for the car
