Objednal jsem si adaptér na notebook s udáním konkrétního modelu. Přišel mi adaptér s nepasujícím konektorem. Po omluvě jsme se domluvili na zaslání nepasujícího adaptéru zpět a doplacení částky za nový adaptér, který měl pasovat. Místo adaptéru mi byla poslána baterie. Po omluvě mi byl nabídnut svoz, ke kterému nedošlo. Vzdal jsem to. Momentálně doufám, že mi aspoň přijdou zpátky peníze. Omluvou by mohlo být, že šlo o předvánoční období, ale spíš bych to pochopil u velké firmy s tisíci objednávkami denně, v tomhle případě to opravdu nechápu.

Nechal jsem si u této společnosti měnit displej u notebooku. Poprvé a naposled... Výměna vypadala velmi kvalitně, ale při prvním zavření nastal problém. Zavřel jsem notebook a bum, displej opět praskl... Jak jsem následně zjistil, tak u rámečku byly vylámané zoubky a nedržel na svém místě a šroubky nebyly vůbec dotažené, a nedotažený šroubek se mi stál osudným... Nedoporučuji si nechat vyměnit dispel u této společnosti!

On the site they sell original LG display for the price of an original LG display. I ordered one. They sent me a ,,no name display. They say it was AUO brand

NU RECOMAND!din păcate am făcut o mare greșeală să cumpăr de la acest vânzător / comerciant magazin online un display 4k pentru laptop Acer Predator g9-793, am crezut că voi primi un display de calitate sau mă rog cât de cât la o calitate decentă, din păcate am prmit un display de slabă calitate cu Backlight Bleeding - scurgeri de lumină și un pixel defect de culoare alb strălucitor (se vede doar pe fundal negru) display-ul are nevoie și de o calibrare cu un colorimetru hardware deoarece nu afișeză valori corecte ale imagini: culori, gama, luminozitate contrast ... etc, folia de protecție de pe display este o folie tare / rigidă și a zgâriat puțin suprafața ecranului, nu cred că este folia originală din fabrică, cred că este un produs resigilat.ATENȚIE! dacă doriți să returnați produsele va trebui să suportați Cheltuielile de transport chiar și în cazul în care vânzătorul este de vină și va vândut un produs cu probleme.Nu recomand acest vânzător / comerciant magazin onlineI DO NOT RECOMMEND!unfortunately I made a big mistake to buy from this seller/merchant online store a 4k display for laptop Acer Predator g9-793, I thought I would get a quality display or I pray at some decent quality, unfortunately I received a poor quality display with Backlight Bleeding - light leaks and a defective bright white pixel (seen only on a black background) the display also needs a calibration with a hardware colorimeter because it does not display the correct image values: colors, gama, contrast brightness ... etc, the protective film on the display is a loud / rigid foil and scratched the surface of the screen slightly, I don't think it's the original foil from the factory, I think it's a resealed productCAREFUL! if you want to return the products you will have to bear the shipping costs even if the seller is to blame and sold you a problem product.I do not recommend this seller/merchant online store

Nechápu jak to že tahle firma má tolik hvězdiček to musí mít zaplacené. Pošlou špatné zboží, pak mě pomalu přesvědčují, že mám jiný notebook, řešení výměna zboží a po té nezvedají telefon. Napíšu fakturu aby tady nějaký zástupce nevyplivl zas nějaký zlato z pusy, že nic nezveřejním můžu i poslat telefonní rozhovory 96255

Anfrage zu Ersatzdisplay für Laptop wurdel innerhalb kürzester Zeit beantwortet (passendes Display wurde vorgeschlagen) und wurde dann super schnell geliefert. Display wurde sehr gut geschützt versendet, alles super! Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen

Unfortunately until now I had really bad experience with customer service of this company. The agent which have proceeded with my case is badly unprofessional (Veronika Hulova)I have received a display for Hp9470m, which in description should work (as it says also it is HD). After receiving it I tested this and saw that the picture was blurry( it is definitely not from my laptop as I have another screen which works fine).On the phone technician made up many different stuff, which I don’t want to include as they were also not really professional, given a thought that there might be language barrier. At the end he have recommended another one, which I again ordered and payed one more time.Now I am waiting for it as it was not available straight forward.So I filed return of the first display. Agent confirmed me that pick up was ordered and it should come within 7 days. I asked for specification on which date courier will arrive to pick up the package, never received answer on that. So once courier came when I wasn’t available. He should have come next day but haven’t arrived. I asked Vymena Displeje to send me information about day of the pick up, approximate time, parcel number of the order so I could trace myself this information with the courier.This was never provided instead it was talled that hey contacted courier via email. 2 weeks passed still nothing... In the mean time they write that I can send it myself( which Is really strange to write that there is ordered pick up and I can send it also my self)Information was never provided exact I wanted for almost more that 2 weeks. I asked last Thursday to give a call to the Kurier. And should have received information about the pick up logicallyHowever I receive following“The. courier informed us that he did not find you at home. Pickup is re-ordered”No specification at all. In the end i gave them a call and agent Veronika Hulová after me asking here if she could explain this message said to me one moment, than put me on some line and afterwards just cancelled the call without saying anything specific.This was the worst CS I could ever ever encounter. Will see how this continues... outrageous ...

Skvělá práce při výměně displeje u notebooku. Skvělá komunikace, rychlost a kvalita technika.

Rychlá dodávka náhradního dílu ( klávesnice k notebooku ), pečlivě zabaleno. Značkový HP servis mi sliboval opravu do cca 5 dnů, tady jsem měl díl k dispozici do druhého dne včetně dopravy do Prahy za nějaké drobné. Skvělá práce lidi a DÍKY !
