Despite of not having a reservation placed, I waited for about 5 minutes. The whole time I felt like my hair is in the hands of a true professional, I had it properly washed and cut. When I had some problems with the payment, we sorted it out calmly and I left completely satisfied!

Nice people, great service! I had a reservation with Jirina. When I showed up I was nicely surprised with the fact that she speaks both English and Russian. This made communication so much easier and stress free (sorry Czechs, I haven’t learned your language yet:) ). We discussed the cut, she washed my hair and did a really professional job with the haircut. I left the salon quite satisfied with the service and the result. Will definitely recommend!

UPDATE: Salon has recognised their error, contacted me and paid back the difference! I have corrected my opinion on them.===Today I came to this place and ordered haircut with the machine. The lady did jsut that, omly for the upper part she took scissors into her hand (without further asking) to shorten a few longer hairs.Then she told me at the cash desk that I will pay 650 CZK (scissors cut). Of course I counted with 450 (machine cut), which was what I ordered.The cut itself is rather ok, but the client approach is despicable! Luring clients in on accpetable prices and then charging them far more, without asking or making them aware beforehand... That is enough for me not to recommend this place!

They did an incredible job. Best hair salon in Prague hands down. I got an intricate updo and it looks fantastic. I can't recommend them enough. We went to get our hair done as guests for a wedding. Excellent.
