Notino Praha – Florentinum

Very terrible customer service . Today I was in notino shop for the first time to pick up my order and I wanted to buy eye liner from NYX. I was queuing to pay and when it’s my turn , the cashier was closed and didn’t say to go another cashier or anything. And looking at me so rude. I will never buy and go this shop again . Please train your girls for customer service.

I bought perfume here on November 16th and paid by card. the girl at the cashier said my card was rejected but the money was deducted and made me pay in cash. they said they will refund my card, but it's been more than 1 month and no refund. I have already left praha so it is not possible to come back and ask. Very disappointed with the service. You should not buy here because you may have the same situation as me.P/s: be careful if you are Asian or look Asian, they will probably have bad attitudes, even racist.

I am quite dissatisfied by Notino. This place is not well organised. I was picking up a package, personal is just chit-chatting with each other. No one asked, if I need any help, I went to the cashier, however I found out that people were standing there a line with bills already. It took me a while to find, where I should go to get it. That place is not visible from the entrance or cashiers. I found boards, put my order number there and got my bill. Honestly, it felt really cheap. Boards gave me similar expression like McDonald would. For products price, this is quite unacceptable. I know a few makeup sellers, that do this but you can find there someone who is helpful. Lady behind counter was nice, but other suff seemed unprofessional. I am definitely not buying anything again from this reseller.

Whoever picks the phone is utterly stupid and should take lessons on customer care.

Better to order online and get it deliver to the store/home, cause the selection is not very diverse. They have plenty of amazing things on their website

Its a good location. Shop is very neat just like these sorts of shop. You can also buy on place some stuff, but definitely not everything they offer on eshop. Its mainly as a beauty and parfume shops.

Nice service. Do not stock Armaf, which is on their website.. Other than that, a nice store, great collection of samples!
