Very poor restaurant, the food is terrible, and the attitude of the waiters is very bad. He started to swear in Czech when we failed to swipe the card. Bullying us do not understand Czech, and it is our fault to keep repeating. The attitude is bad, please stay away Too bad I can't give 0 stars for this racist and horrible restaurant.

Who would have guessed that the very first club sandwich I’ve ever had in the Europe that actually reminds me of the great ones I had growing up in the States would be the one I just had at this place at the airport in Prague?! But, yeah, it just happened, and it was delicious. Fast and friendly service too, and of course a good Plzeň beer to go with it!

I approached the bar and asked for a beer, and waiter ROMAN was very kind and told me that that was a restaurant, I should take a seat at the table, and than I'd be served. I took a seat and ROMAN again showed me my place saying that the table was reserved, and I should take another one. So I took another one. A beer costs three times the price in the city. It was a good beer though. Wonderful experience overall.

SUPER overpriced but they still beg for tips.if you give no tip, they try to guilt you, and the server becomes cold/rude.I can’t include a screenshot in this review due to the guidelines, but if you try and pay through the app and give less than 15% tip, a crying face emoji shows up.could’ve been a great rating otherwise. it’s so off-putting to be asked for a tip

The food is ridiculously overpriced, I’m not sure if they’re trying to play on tourists not knowing the currency or what. I paid 30€ for a small sprite and fries (the menu said XXL fries but that has to be a joke). It has to be the most expensive meal I had per person during this trip and I went to very decent restaurants in the city. And when I was paying the server asked how I would like to tip him. I asked “do I have to tip?” because I was blown away by the full sum. And then he just replied “10% has to be to be tip for service”. I don’t care about the money but it’s just the attitude that was disgusting! I’ve never seen such obvious begging for tips, especially if the service isn’t good. It was alright, but cold and careless anyway. It was like he was already pissed off when he heard that I didn’t order a big meal and then forced me to tip him. Left with a bad feeling. They are probably expecting that the tourists are not coming back and they can do what they want - joke’s on them, I travel quite a lot and now I know to avoid them.

HORRIDLY OVERPRICED.$20 USD/455 CZK for a burger and fries might be justified if it was good quality OR huge quantity but my meal was neither.The meal came out super quick but it was obvious that was because the food had been laying there. The food was anything but fresh. The fries were almost cold and stale. The bread was dry. The meat was ok. And again, they gave VERY few fries and the meat patty was small.Service was alright. The server was neither rude nor overly nice, however I do wanna recognize that with a language barrier it might be hard to strike up conversation.Overall, I will never eat here again and do not recommend due to high prices for small quantities of low quality.

Over priced restaurant established to trap unsuspecting tourists into double or triple prices.Left overs of the greedy hustle Soviet era where cheating tourists was the primary source of income and sitting we are deeply ashamed as Czech nation and take distance from. .I don’t recommend supporting this kind of behavior and so to help the Czech gastro businesses to finally evolve into something representative..

Food quality is Ok/ good . But prices do “not include service “ according to the waitress.True or not, it was a non welcome surprise comment when receiving the check. To not include service fee in the prices is common practice in US, but NOT in Europe , therefore only 2 stars …
