I like that they have a lot of supplies but the people working there are always super rude and unfriendly. Last time the lady looked at me like I killed her dog and practically shoved me out the door even though they didn’t close for 30 minutes and I was in there less than 5 minutes to quickly pick up some yarn.

It’s such a small shop, and the typical Czech customer service prevails, unhelpful, unfriendly, and not exactly polite. It’s a standard in Prague, so perhaps this is okay for Czechs.

good location, easy to reach, Just next to Koh-inoor tram stop. With such a small shop, its amazing they have lots of varieties everything for knitting, sewing and such. My Czech speaking abilities was tested here and the woman seems accommodating and helpful. The place is tidy as well.

Výběr vlny dobrej, našla jsem to, co jsem potřebovala a zašla bych i znovu, ale paní prodavačka byla tak protivná, že už mě tam nikdy nikdo neuvidí naschle✌️
