I wanted to replace my rolex Oyster bracelet with a Jubilee. I took my bracelets and watch to the shop.The saleswoman took everything to a back room without saying anything. When she came back she said some pieces were missing (absolutely a lie). I threatened to call the police and check the cameras, then a man came out from the back of the shop and said that the parts were no longer missing, but instead they were broken, and he showed me some old spare parts he had in his office. I arrived there with a watch in perfect conditions with oyster bracelet and an extra jubilee bracelet purchased from rolex and came out with a watch with a battered bracelet.By far the worst experience ever. This place was recommended by the rolex store of Wenceslas Square, which I found very unprofessional compared to the other experiences I had.

Good service, friendly staff. Prices are reasonable for this part of town.

Perfect place to buy rolex, staff is very helpfull

My experience was less than satisfactory. I don't recommend this company. They are the only Tissot service in Prague, they took weeks to quote and would only guarantee their work for a cost greater than the replacement price and so I accepted no guarantee. The first time I attempted to adjust the watch, it had the same problem and they refused to repair it. I will never buy a Tissot again ...

I had a minor problem with my watch that needed repair. It was all done in 20 minutes, and apparently as it was just a loose screw, they did even charge me. Amazing. Plus very friendly staff!

I brought second hand Rolex SeaDweller in mint condition to be checked here in February this year. They took it in the back room and it did take an hour and a half to give it back (!?!?). They informed me the watch was original but it suddenly had a problem with water resistance and they needed to order a part for replacement which would cost 10-12,000 czk. The guy who inspected a watch, seriously looked clueless or goofy at least. When I contacted the seller company they were shocked and tried to follow up with them directly but without success. Meantime I took the watch in Parizska where they inspected the watch and did not find any issues. I think this is nothing else than a fraud, DO NOT BRING EXPENSIVE WATCHES HERE! ⛔️⛔️I was hesitant to go to Parizska at first but there I received fully professional service where they do work in front of you for reasonable money.
