MR.PARKIT - Parking Luxembourg Plaza

Found this parking by searching it on Google, took me a while to find a good reliable parking garage in Prague. The entrance is spacious and very clean. You would need to pre-book it online before you go. You will then receive an email with all the details required. You will just have to find the correct spot number with the Mr. Parkit sign. Reservation- 254886

We used this parking garage during our stay in Prague.Parking entry was easy to find, but prices were unclear.We ended up paying 130 euros (!) for three nights, although we read online that it wasn’t that expensive.Guess the prices are lower when you make an online reservation.Ticket machine also doesn’t accept cards.

I haven't read email with parking instructions before I've arrived there, so parking process was not smooth enough. Maybe it is better to have an app for instructions, opening gates, extending stay and so on

We used Mr Parkit for my parents' visit and also my boyfriend's parents when they came to visit by car. It was very convenient to book a spot before they arrived and all of the technology around unlocking the barriers with your phone worked well. Taking off a star as we were given very uncomfortable parking spots both times (between two pillars!) while there were so many other spaces left. It's also not very clear how to exit the parking garage when you first arrive as you have to go to the correct lift and floor and exit to an office building lobby on the other side of where the parking entrance is. Other than that very happy with this service if you don't want to worry about finding parking and tickets.

I had a really good experience with Mr. Parkit. I ordered my parking spot late at night and it worked perfectly. Even though I entered the wrong license plate when I called customer service they were nice and fixed the problem quickly. I really recommend it to anyone looking for a cheap parking lot is Prague.

I used the parking during my 3 days stay in Prague. I had no issues entering and leaving the parking. I was amazed how easy it was made - online payment, I have concrete place to park, easy enter and leave with phone call. May be this phone call part can be improved with some QR code scan on the phone or similar.Reservation number 204085

We used it without online reservation and stayed for app. 20 hours. In the end, we could not pay with card because the amount was too high and the machine requires us to get cash (?!?!?). Took us half an hour to figure it out and because of that we had to pay 50 czk more. Idk if i can recommend it

Parking with limited amount to be paid by card?! Ridiculous. 3 plants and one machine to pay, anyone to be found if you have problems
