Used these guys for an Airport transfer in Prague.On landing I had a message from driver Dejan with his picture & exactly where he was.Couldn't have asked for a nicer guy, who gave us lots of good advice. Vehicle was very clean.So impressed we booked him to take us back too.Very happy to recommend.

I prebooked a taxi to come and go to/from Prague airport. Service was great, the driver texted a while before to confirm the meeting and found him easily both times.My only issue was that an official receipt is not provided, just a transaction confirmation. Contact is only via a chat and it takes a while for them to respond. They did not understand my request for a receipt or invoice. The driver cannot issue a receipt, as it's a pre-booked contract service for which he is not payed the full amount, it makes sense. So, if you don't need such a receipt it's perfect. The price was much less than what other colleagues paid for a taxi they caugth at the airport.

Our Welcome driver was wonderful. He was on time, and he has tracked our arrival online. He was pleasant, conversational because we wanted him to be, and seemed to have plenty of experience driving the streets of Prague. Dropped us directly at our hotel and did not ask for any extra money. This is a legit app!

Airport pick up and return to airport from hotel at end of trip. I would recommend this company to anyone considering using them, they were on time both trips and the drivers were very helpful and courteous. I will definitely use them again in the future.
