I bought two time lecoste shoes and i asked for seprate bill and the accountent with red hairs tall lady used very bad words in czech language and she thought we will not understand but we are living in prague from long time so we understood it .it was very bad words and behaviour from her .

Bought shoes 3 days ago and wore it for 10 minutes and came back hardly at home with bleeding foot.wanted to ask for help but they only look at the problem as not sellable again and they do not care about customer service at all. Highly NOT recommend their service and products quality.

We tried to return/change once worn slippers, we were declined. Which is understandable, but the blonde saleswoman was extremely rude about it. She didn’t even try to explain it calmly, she started being aggressive out of the blue, citing:“this is not a second hand shop, what do you expect, it’s all written in the terms and conditions”. Bear in mind, we were calm and polite the whole time. I don’t mind being declined the change but it was very unpleasant experience, don’t recommend shopping here to anyone.
