The staff is quite rude, without patience and they still answer you badly. To be avoided, if we didn't already have the order was not being made, we would have left.

Ordered the pistachio chimney cake with ice cream. Best one I had while in Prague!The staff gave me a different one than what I had ordered and I had to negotiate a bit until they agreed to swap it.

Caution. Pieces similar to plastic were found in the ice cream.Awful place.Walk 50 meters in either direction and you will find a much better service, nicer staff, same food but freshly made.

Took the white chocolate ice cream and it was amazing, very tasty, very fresh.The staff was fine, didn't see any rudeness or anything else mentioned here.

I had a chimney cake ice cream; it was pretty good. Nothing special about this place, as you can get the exact same thing around Prague.

The cone was made hours ago, it was cold and hard and simply tasted old. When i asked for a fresh one the ladies were very rude and refused. I do not recommend at all

Horrible! The staff was very rude to us (the cashier was almost screaming at us to order) and Trdelnik was not baked enough, it was raw in the middle. When I talked to the lady that it is raw, she pretended like she does not understand. The chocolate filling was actually just an ugly chocolate topping. Never again, there are many mamy better places around.
