First time that I can't pay by card, then after a very chaotic reception, I got a bank account which was wrong. I was willing to pay 2 massages and it took for ever, the lady was getting impatient so I just walk out without even a massage. No apologies nothing. I certainly not recommend it

Fix your booking system, please. When I book schedule with defined masseur, I do it on purpose. When you inform me that person is not available when I am at your site, this is frustrating.

after a week of carrying a backpack i booked a 120 min thai massage.the woman at the reception spoke good englisch the therapist a little less. But since we were whispering and both not native speakers maybe it was just my bad hearing.first difference to other thai massages i was before is that it was done in underwear but with towels. (me, not the masseuse of course) and some kind of lotion was used. Good thing because without close and no lotion hairy legs and backs would hurt a lot ;)i was asked if she should use the whole body and i agreed. all massages i had before were a bit to soft in my opinion. they all found the sore spots but did not really work " on it.not this time oh boy..... she went full force (i hope it was because if not...... ) with feet and elbows everywhere it hurt.That is not a critic but a compliment.i am still amazed that i am not green and blue.overall a great experience and i will be back but i found one fatal flaw in my opinion.i was not asked about any medical conditions especially concerning the spine and joints. i dont have any but you really really should ask before you step on it ;)"
