It is beautiful building originally build as spa. After serving as spa for nearly 100 years it was repurposed to be an art galery. It is worth coming just to see the building alone the art inside is an upside.

Probably the best local gallery I've ever been to. Lovely collection of Czech art through the ages and some wonderful temporary exhibitions too. An absolute must when in Liberec.

Wonderful museum! Nicely curated exhibitions with subtle Humor here and there. The restauration of the former K&K bath has a really thought trough concept that astonishes with minimal details. The staff was nice, helpful, followed us and guided us around, always introducing the next part, which helped us with orientation. Looking forward to come back here with our children.

Loved the renovated old spa in turn-of-the-century architecture. Impressive and well-displayed collection of both modern art and of oil paintings from the Heinrich Liebieg collection. English translation of descriptions for everything and english&german leaflet available.Ask to see the old poolhall if there is no temporary exhibition on display in it. Entry was 150 czk/adult which was well worth it. Friendly staff and really nice art-inspired kids playground with interactive pieces at level -2.Easily accessible by tram.
